These conditions apply to the ticket sales service of the experiences that Creatique Italy organizes from time to time on a fixed date and makes available and purchasable on this site.
The ticket allows participation in the experience and includes all activities that will take place during the experience, such as- but not limited to- wine and food tasting and creative activities. You can find more detailed information on the individual experience buy page.
To purchase a participation ticket, you will need to provide the following information: first name, last name, tax information. You will need to make sure that the information given is correct. Otherwise, any errors cannot be blamed on Creatique Italy and the transaction may be rejected.
To purchase one or more tickets, you must be at least 18 years old.
You will also be able to purchase additional tickets for other participants, all of whom must be of legal age. In this case, you will also need to provide us with the names of other guests in the space provided on the checkout page.
After purchasing the experience, you will receive a summary email.
The site uses the WooCommerce plugin to enable ticket purchases. At this link you can find WooCommerce’s privacy policy.
Children and pets are not allowed for mere organizational issues.
The payment methods provided are:
- credit card;
- bank transfer.
If bank transfer is used as a method of payment, the purchase will be considered to have taken place only when the amount is actually credited to Creatique Italy’s bank account.

You can cancel your reservation and request a full refund of the experience ticket only if the cancellation and refund request is made at least 7 clear days before the event at experience@creatiqueitaly.com. The count of 7 free days does not include the day of the event (e.g., if the experience is held on May 20, 2023, you can request cancellation and ii refund no later than May 12, 2023).
In case of cancellation of the event by the organization, the ticket will be
in full
refunded.
For cancellation requests received after the above deadlines, there is no refund and the company will have the right to retain the amount paid by the customer. The same conditions will also apply in case of a no-show.
By purchasing a ticket for an experience on this site, you authorize free of charge, with no time limit, also pursuant to arts. 10 and 320 Civil Code and Articles 96 and 97 l. N. 633/1941 (Copyright Law), the publication and dissemination in any form of the images and footage, depicting your person, made during the course of the experience, on the website of the company CREATIQUE ITALY srls, in printed paper and/or any other means of dissemination, as well as the preservation of the photos and videos themselves in the computer archives of the Company and acknowledges that the purpose of such publications are purely informative and possibly promotional. This release/authorization may be revoked at any time by written notice, also sent by e-mail to experience@creatiqueitaly.com.
The company Creatique Italy srls, according to current legislation, may use the email address provided during the purchase made through the site, in order to offer you products, services or services similar to those already purchased. You can opt out of receiving such communications at any time by writing an email to experience@creatiqueitaly.com , or by using the link you will find at the bottom of the emails you receive.
